    Always need some extra cushion because of my knees and this is great. Brilliant quality and doesn't move around when you workout. Would definitely recommend!

Although cork is naturally anti-bacterial, we recommend cleaning your mat to prevent dirt accumulation.

Gently clean your mat with warm soapy water and let air dry before storage.
