    I love the align pattern it really helps with my hand and feet placement. I have also been using it for home workouts with weights and it keeps you in check during those workouts too!

    I mostly use it for yoga and mobility and it's perfect. I was surprised at how soft and sturdy the mat is. The bag and strap are very useful too!

Although cork is naturally anti-bacterial, we recommend cleaning your mat to prevent dirt accumulation.

Gently clean your mat with warm soapy water and let air dry before storage.
