Before You Start

Notice a smell?
For those with a keen nose, you might find that some of our mats may have a rubbery smell. Not to worry! This is completely normal due to the natural rubber used and will fade after several uses.
Doesn't lay flat?
As the mat has been tightly rolled during storage, initially you might find the mat doesn't lay completely flat. You can store the mat more loosely or keep it lying flat for a couple of days. The mat will return to it's original flat shape.
Get better grip
Wet your hands or the mat with a sprinkle of water to improve grip. Or just leave it up to the sweat to do that job!

Care Instructions

Where can I use my mat?
You can use your mat on any surface - indoors and outdoors.
Although, the rubber is naturally slip-resistant, please be careful in any wet environments.
After use on grassy surfaces, make sure to remove any trapped debris as this could promote mould growth.
Can I wear shoes?
Yes - you can wear shoes during the workout. However, please be aware that the cork surface of the mat may not last as long as barefoot workouts due to increased wear.
How do I make it more grippy?
Wet your hands or lightly spray the mat with water to increase grip.
How do I clean my mat?
Although cork is naturally anti-bacterial and anti-fungal, with continued use time, we recommend cleaning your mat to remove any debris and build up.
We recommend cleaning with a sponge/cloth and warm soapy water.
Please allow your air mat to dry before storing.
How do I store my mat?
Roll your mat to store with the cork side out.
Make sure to keep your mat in a cool, dry environment (away from direct heat sources such as radiators or damp garages).
Do not store your mat bent or folded as this may introduce creasing and breakage of cork with improper care.
How to dispose of my mat?
All our mats are 100% recyclable and bio-degradable. Please check with your local recycling facility on the best ways to recycle your mat.
Alternatively, there's no need to feel guilty throwing it in landfill. Unlike plastic, you can expect your mat to safely degrade within 1-5 years.
